Regional Loss Prevention Manager

Job description:	National Retailer seeks a Regional Loss Prevention Manager to deliver targeted reductions in loss and crime by providing a specialist service to stores in the Middlesex / Hertfordshire / Berkshire / West London area. Delivering loss prevention initiatives and identifying and investigating incidents of crime. Providing advise and support on loss and crime prevention issues to managers, to raise awareness. Contributing to the production of a loss prevention plan. Monitoring standards of service from third party suppliers. Building relationships with colleagues and ensuring loss prevention activity is embedded in store operations. Ideal candidate will be able to prioritise a demanding workload, challenge & influence others, be a good organiser and have previous experience in multi site retail loss prevention. Location: Middx / Herts / Berks / West London Salary: £25 - 29K + Car + Bonus + Benefits (25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Contributory Pension, Discount
