Manned Guarding - Contract Manager

Job description:	Our client is within the top ten of security solution providers in the UK. They are currently looking for a Contract Manager to manage a portfolio of blue chip contracts within the West Midlands. The purpose of the role is to manage a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring that all contracted and temporary hours are fulfilled by trained security officer to the complete satisfaction of those clients. The retention and development of contracts and security officers is key to the business and total quality management is a primary objective. The role holder will have responsibility for recruitment, client liaison, guard welfare and discipline etc. The portfolio to manage will be centred on the Birmingham area covering the West Midlands area with mainly blue chip clients with approximately 30 sites and circa 100 officers. Candidates MUST have previous contract management experience and will be able to “hit the ground running.” Salary £26k-£30k, profit bonus of up to £6k, vehicle, laptop, mobile phone We do try to reply to each application personally, however as you can appreciate we receive a high number of applications for each role we handle and it is not always possible to do this.
