Compliance Auditor
| Job description: | National Distribution and Retail organisation seeks an auditor to identify new risks and changes in risk importance to the business and to suggest cost effective controls and corrective action. Identifying and progressing any instances of fraud. Ensuring any control weaknesses are highlighted to senior management. Carrying out inventory verifications to ensure that management stock takes are accurate. Investigation of poor results and reporting on findings. Conducting compliance audits to ensure general controls are operated. Outlining any improvements in control and aiding management understanding of benefits of compliance and risks in these areas. Completing Health & Safety Audits to ensure legal compliance and general safety standards are adhered to. Conducting ad hoc investigations into fraud or allegations of fraud or criminal activity. Reporting findings to Compliance Management. Ideal candidate will have previous audit experience, be a team player, good communicator, an excellent manager of time and be prepared to travel, as required. Location: Surrey / Sussex / South London. Salary: £23K + Car + Bonus (10% of Salary) + Benefits (20 Days Holiday - (increasing with service to 25 days) + BH's + Contrib Pension + Discount) |
