Control Room Supervisor
| Job description: | National manned guarding company seeks a Supervisor to control the day-to-day running of their Control Centre. Ensuring the control room is manned 24/7 and that processes and procedures are adhered to and actioned within SLA's. Ensuring all regulatory standards are complied with. Effectively managing 7 direct reports and coordinating all personnel matters, including development and training. Conducting stringent controls and checks and highlighting business risk matters and providing business solutions where required. Ideal candidate will be IT literate, have excellent people management skills, have a good understanding of customer service and previous experience in a similar role. Must be prepared to work shifts. Location: Lancs Salary: c£22.5K + Bonus + Benefits 925 days + BH's - increasing with service, Contrib pension) |
